    it’s hard to tell just how nice and big this mesh strainer is until you look at it beside my glasses! it is going to be great for different things. as soon as I saw it I knew it would be great to scoop donuts out of hot oil! or fish or chicken wings! it will also be great for straining the grease that sits on top of the juice when you make a roast. I’m sure I’ll think of other things, oh yeah you could dump the juice off of a roast and catch all the stuff you don’t want in your gravy! this was a great purchase!
