so far I’m pretty happy with the product. has some great features which some I’m yet to use. I have not checked it’s accuracy but it appears close. It will be used primarily for hunting. The button on the side serves no function at least not on this model or I’m just not using it correctly but afraid it’ll break before it moves. stores up to 10 measurements but good luck remembering which was which in a hunting situation although not important. very light and turns off quickly when not in use saving battery. for the price if it turns out to be accurate it will suit my needs perfectly although I’m not sure 1000meters is correct and unless on a tripod good luck. worth the value in my books. cheers
