I use the device for boat navigation. It works great. GPS works even without a SIM card (unlike Apple). The navigation apps run smoothly (NV-Charts and Active Captain), and the speed is comparable to that of my iPhone 15. Otherwise, it has many great features, all as described. Even the night vision camera takes surprisingly good pictures in SW in complete darkness.

I really like it; it’s worth buying the ultra model, although due to the rear support, it’s generally fast and can handle even TomTom navigation.

Setup was effortless and the smartphone settings were quickly adjusted using the included USB-C cable. A power adapter is also included. The product is good and, looking at the quality and price, I think it’s the best. The only downside is that Hotwav doesn’t update its devices very often. I think I would buy it not only because of the brand but also because of the overall quality. This one comes with Android 15 and won’t be updated to 16, I was told. Otherwise, everything is ok.

So, a good tablet in general, more than sufficient light for outdoor or indoor use.
Autonomy made with the most economical so from video on the internet so less consumption because screen plus sound plus resolution in search lasts 20h as expected charging test on a phone works well responsive more than my old tablet not tested waterproofness or durability because it’s mainly the battery and the latest version of the processor and Android 15 margin inside so more like 10 inch than 11 real to see over time but good tablet and good stereo sound with 2 speakers at the back sufficient to avoid an external speaker. For the price-performance ratio, I approve. Good brand. We’ll see if it remains performant over time. Good expandability too with 512GB internally and a slot to add more.
