I have had crazy dogs that bark at nothing and everything for years now and its constant yelling trying to get them to calm down!! So my Nana told me about this because she got it for the noisy dogs across the street that drive her nuts and it works perfectly! It seems to be a little uncomfortable and startling to them when used but it is safe and does not hurt them at all. There are 2 modes one is quieter and the other is a blast of noise. I rarely use the loud button and my dog is amazing now when I use it- except when we get too close to dogs on the street lol. It's a Wondefdul product with a great battery life, its small in size and completely worth every penny! I HIGHLY Recommend it!!!
