❤️Q1. HAIR SMELL:Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put hair oil to hairs before shipment,to keep hair original texture during longer term delivery.But smell will disappear after washing it with good shampoo and conditioner, please don’t worry
❤️Q2. WAVE or CURLY HAIR TEXTURE:Wavy or curly hair was made by steam,without any chemicals, so the texture will looser afters washing.Please kindly understand we do it for maintain the hair lifetime and natural state.
❤️Q3. HAIR CARE PRODUCTS:Use good quality shampoo and conditioner can make hair looks better. Condition the hair is very important to keep it soft & managerable. Let it air dry instead of blow dry.
❤️Q4. COLORING:All hair can be dyed or bleached to any color you want, except #613,but remember virgin hair easier to dry after leaving hair donor,so don’t dye or bleach hair too frequently, it will damage the hair. Also please do it professional.
❤️Q5. LENGTH :All the wigs have measured before ship out. When you receive the hair, if it looks short than you thought please measure first, and for the curly and wave hair, please straighten it and measure, must be enough, please don’t measure just one strand of hair ,that’s inaccurate,the hair length is mean whole length from top to end. if not enough please contact our customer service first for help !!!!
❤️Q6. Split/dry ends:Only virgin hair will have split ends. Our hair will be a lit dry after leaving hair donor, because it lost human nutrition. You can put some oil to keep them better.
