Very good hiking poles. Great design and super easy to assemble. Just pull where it says pull and continue pulling until a metal stopper pops out. The handle and strap provide a good grip on the pole. The metal poles appear sturdy enough for some rugged hiking. Using hiking poles can prevent a fall or loss of balance if one trips on the trail. Hiking poles can offset some of the weight on the feet by diverting the pressure to the arms and shoulders.

Haven’t used it yet. But feels well constructed. Not sure how long it’ll last for long term and rigorous hiking but should definitely be ok for the more milder hikes

Seems good, as advertised, quality build- not flimsy metal, sturdy, various points for where I wander…hand strap will be replaced by leather, just a personal choice…. can’t figure out how to tighten the cable inside to keep parts together when unfolded….wish it had directions! fast delivery, gentle price for strong hike poles. thank you.
