30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it.

Returns are free

We pay the return postage. There is no restocking fee and no deduction from your refund for shipping — you paid nothing to receive it and you pay nothing to send it back.

How to start a return

Email contact@everydayitemshop.com with your order number and which items you are returning. We will reply with the return address and instructions for the prepaid postage.

Please wait for our reply before sending anything back, so your return can be matched to your order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us and we will replace it or refund it. A photo helps us sort it out in one exchange rather than several. Your legal rights in these cases are not affected by the 30-day window above.
