This is a really good mini IFAK. The material and stitching is very good quality and feels like it will last a long time. The TQ sleeve can be removed if you don’t need it. The inner pouch can be quickly pulled out with the pull tabs (These have a small hard bit of plastic to grip on to) The inner pouch has elastic sections to hold your first aid equipment. Highly recommend this and had very fast shipping!
