Arrived packaged. Folded in thin, clear plastic. Also came with a white straw that doesn’t help with blowing the ball up. It is too skinny for the blow hole. There is not any other utensil to help blow up the ball, but the ball is made of a thick material. I expect it to last for a little while. It’s a good buy for the price paid.
