There are total about 100 people in our office.
2.How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;Always final Inspection before shipment;

5.What kind of express do you usually arrange?
For samples, we usually arrange FedEx or DHL. For goods over 100 sets, we will suggest customers to choose air freight, which is more cost-effective.
6.What is the lead time?
The delivery time for samples is 7 days, 10 days for 50 sets, and 15 days for more than 100 sets.
About warranty
The warranty period for Minisforum products is 24 months. 1-month machine warranty, 24-month hardware warranty. In each case, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. We will provide perfect after-sales service.(The official warranty can only be provided to customers who have officially ordered. If you purchase the product from another agent, please contact the purchasing merchant for warranty service.)
