PEO PEI PET Printing Surface

Spring steels a steel specially made for springs and elastic elements . It has the ability to-elastically deform and it is diffcult for manpower to permanently deform it
PEI COATING
Frosted PEL can adhere well to various printing materials,and resistant to high temperature of 260c
MAGNETIC BASE
Soft magnetic rubber with soft texture, good
magnetic properties and temperature resistance. With adhesive. it can be attached to the hotbed platform.
Use Instructions:
1. Tear off the protect paper of magnetic base adhesive and stick the base flatly on the heatbed aluminum platform, pay attention do not leave air bubbles.
2. Align edges and put spring steel plate adsorbed on the magnetic base.
3. After changed the printing plate,for first printing, it must re-level the distance.Generally,the gap between nozzle and heattbed is about the thickness of A4 paper. (please skip this step if for AUTO-leveling. )
4. The heatbed temperature can be set to 40°C-80°C according to the actual printing situation (do not exceed 80°C for the magnetic base).
5. when the temperature drops to room temperature，take off the spring steel sheet (A plate) and bend it gently to easy demoulding.
Warming Tips:
1. PEO and PEI must be used with magnet base .Please make sure you already have a magnet base before you purchase peo-pei without base.
2.After our extensive testing, we recommend PEO to print PLA and TPU and PETG.
PEI print PLA /PETG/PC/ABS /TPU /Nylon etc.

For just over € 7, it’s spectacular. The adhesion of the PEI layer is spectacular, the grain finer than the one my Elegoo Neptune 2S as standard. The PEO layer requires a soap wash to improve adhesion (read on the internet after trying just taking out the protective film and taking a disappointment). The PEO leaves a very cool pattern on the piece.
