The pen works well it takes a little while to get good at using it you definitely need to get extra filament because it goes fast. We have played with it for hours my nephew is who I gave it to so he is making props for his sisters to use with their new cameras. And he is making furniture for Barbie dolls. With every project he gets better and better results. Over all I would recommend this product. The box was crushed but everything inside was fine.
