The mouse came fully loaded and the keyboard completely downloaded, but once loaded it works perfectly. The lighting is very correct and the touch is very fine and functional. By having the keyboard configured in Spanish, the character Ñ and the Ç work perfectly, but I have not been able to find a way to work the characters Because they are only accessible for the configuration in English and as I use the keyboard to program I need a more direct access to these characters. The transport company, ecoscooperative Delivery, on the other hand is a disaster. Lucky that comes very well packaged
