It’s velvet, I bought it for my dog but it doesn’t have a clip inside to hold it, that’s the only thing I’m complaining about.

My cat loves going inside. It’s just a shame because the pocket is very low, too low for me which makes it difficult to use and carry the cat. Several straps help with adjustments behind the back, which can be uncomfortable when sitting.
