Arrived intact, considering boxes came a bit dented, but didnt harm the item absolutely beautiful design. Retractable housing is convenient for transport & keeping bristles straight & intact. Btw! Idk what they’re made of, but the hair of the bristles are incredibly super soft. Total lux item surprisingly coming from allie! Highly reccmn’d seller & prdct!! !

Real review i swear , it came fastt asf fr , i don’t have any real hourglass brushes but shii it looks just like one to me, it’s so soft too (sorry i haven’t used it yet but i’m sure it’ll be perfect) also just playing with it, the bristles haven’t fell out at all
