It’s really cool and nice on the feet. The middle part slightly rises up.
It’s just perfect for arch stretching. The stone is rough so it’s cheaper than other products.
It can provide a tingling sensation that feels like pain, cool and stimulating.

Excellent roller, although I thought the spikes were rubber, but they don’t sink in; they look more like plastic. That is, they really ROLL the entire foot completely, the sensations are vivid. Although you can always control the pressure on the roller.

The massage part of the roller is made of a fairly hard polymer – it’s difficult to press down on it with a fingernail.
The height of the bumps in the central part of the roller is about 4-5 mm, and on the sides – 3 mm.
The massage effect is very good. I should have bought two at once so I could massage both feet simultaneously while sitting at the desk!

Don’t buy the wooden ones; buy these instead. They’re much cooler and if they get dirty, you can just wipe them with water. I liked them so much that I bought one and then ordered 4 more.
