It is brand new. It is low voltage and safety. Harmless to human body.
Note: It doesn’t include batteries due to air shipping constraint. You need to put 3 pieces 1.5V batteries(Size: AA) in the battery case.
Size M: 110cm from neck to the end of the stick, suitable for height from 115 to 149cm(45.28-58.66inch).
Size L: 145cm from neck to the end of the stick, suitable for height from 150 to 175cm(59.06-68.90inch).
Sticks length: 24 – 80cm / 9.45” – 31.50”.
Please allow 1-3cm differs due to manual measurement, thanks. ( please note 1cm=0.39inch).
