I have bought these solar panels before. I use them to charge small 5ah 12 volt battery. I use a small buck converter to regulate the voltage to 14 volts ( the battery’s desired charging voltage) i knew before i bought them that they only priduce about 20 watts and not 300 watts. For my purpose ,they work great. Just do not buy these solar panels expecting to power anything that requires more than about 1/2 amp durring bright sunlight.

Ignore the claim of 300w, if you connect them you get some usable electricity for small appliances, thats cool, i will use it to power usb-devices, with a separate controller (upgraded solar controller 5v 9v 12v usb-a/usb-c/type-c output port voltage stabilizer solar panel regulator qc/pd 2. 0 3. 0), build quality is solid, they are small enough to transport by hand( a bit larger than a4 paper sized). 1 of the units has a issue where the voltage is working direct on the panel, but gets lost somewhere in the cable, no problem, i will change the cables anyway(the built in clamps are more for testing anyway). If you have realistic expectations you get a cool, usable product here. They produce 18-21v when not connected to anything.
