I am very pleased with this tool! It is extremely quiet, lightweight, and easy to control even when using my non dominant hand. Wow! My only challenge was figuring out how to loosen the collet for changing the different bits, as this detail wasn’t explained well in the manual. Very clever engineering that works perfectly, even for a beginner.
