Well packaged. Does exactly what it’s designed to do. Comes with a steel backing plate, not sure what that’s for…protect the usb power maybe. I am using it without any issues. The tilt display is easy to understand, and it seems versatile for various uses such as shelf installation.

Advantages: works. The angle is measured correctly, plus or minus 0.05 degrees. done with dignity.
disadvantages: no charge indicator during charging, not always, but sometimes the laser blinks with crackling.
Conclusion: The protractor is good. I will use it.
