– i bought this one specifically to measure capacitance, but it is not very good at it, there’s a lower limit of 100nf that i could measure but i do not understand that from the specs. Smaller ones were giving different values every time i was measuring, sometimes 3nf, sometimes 8, 20 or even more, and even stranger many times i was getting the value when i was removing the probes and not when i was measuring.
– the continuity features is inconveniently hidden behind 2 button presses, so you need to do this very often
– the devices enters sleep mode regardless if you are using it or not, i was expecting it starts to count from the last measurement. After it enters sleeps mode there’s no way to wake it up, you need to move the dial to off then back
