The light sensor was very easy to set up. Open up the case with the provided plastic spudger (there are seven clips, one on the top near the prising slot and two on each of the other sides), give the included nimh battery a top up and then press the internal button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. Home assistant found the device immediately. The sensor seems to respond very quickly to charging light levels – within about a second.
The only negative so far: the device cannot be ip65 as there is a big hole in the back for a twist-type mounting bracket which is not included.

Good product, i’m using it inside z2m and it works perfectly.
Maybe it isn’t ip65 as on the rear plate there is a couple holes for fixing plate not included and maybe unavailable everywhere.
I’ll design my self in cad and printing by 3d printer.
