Looks indistinguishable from the original. Includes the inner cushion parts as well, so you can replace the dusty original ones. The clips line up perfectly and tighten without extra force. Once secured, they stay in place very well. Feels similar to the original pads when new. Also includes the pry tool.

The new ear pads are slightly harder compared to the original ones and there seems to be no memory foam inside. Still, they are comfortable. Passive sound isolation appears to be on the same level as the original ones, maybe even slightly better at higher frequencies. I can recommend them myself.
