The dac works well. The sound is quite good and the pcb is well made. Tested on the optical link of a sony bd player. The only drawback is the bass button in my opinion this should not be on a dac. For a neutral sound set to middle of the range.

I purchased this to connect the optical output to a 3.5mm speaker.
It doesn’t really improve the sound, it just transmits it as it is.
