Cheap, very thin but it does what it’s supposed to do and that’s all that matters! Just be careful that you don’t bend or kink it in a tight radius because it might get damaged.

The picture makes the cable appear thicker than it is, it’s the standard super thin cable, but that doesn’t really matter for toslink. It’s easier to fit in tight spaces, but getting it to stay put is hard as it’s too small and light to stay in place very well.
It’s your usual toslink cable and it works, not much to add.
