Sadly, my high beam headlight design does not allow me to use this bulb (USDM mk3 pre-facelift Focus ST cannot use anything larger than halogen H1 without fabrication, so I won’t say the fit is bad as it may work for you, and would work in my fog lights, but I have yellow LEDs there), but I did hold it in place and noticed that it was about the same brightness as my halogen, so if you want the LED color without being blindingly bright, this is it. Note: the H1 version does not have a fan… It has passive cooling fins, but does vent the inside to outside, and since it’s not super high output, maybe it doesn’t need a fan?
