Works with Windows 11 23H2. I am able to capture DV video from Sony camcorder with WinDV software. Drivers were installed automatically. No need to download them manually. Remember to connect power to this card. I highly recommend the product and the seller.

buying the same product for over 10th time because the chipset is Ti(texas instruments) ans it’s compatible with the old firewire sound cards(i tried it on RME fireface and TC Konnekt6 and 48). It doesn’t need extra drivers, it’s totally plug&play. Came right in time and it was very well packed! totally recommend!

The card accsebly and package earns even 6 stars. The original TI components too. Unfortunately the delivered Firewire cable earns 1 star. Tips for potential buyers. Order high quality cable from somewhere else and don’t spend days in debuging the problems.

Plugged in and it worked directly. I connected the 4pin power inlet, but is that always necessary? Or is it only when you connect extternal drives?
