Great quality and practicality. However, it is really powerful even for someone like me who has been training for 5 years so i would suggest to get a less powerful one if you’re a beginner. Another thing, I doubt that it goes to 5kg pressure because the difference between 100kg and 5kg is minimal.

The grip trainer was well received by me and even the counter works without any problems and can be operated and reset very well. The handles are surprisingly pleasant. A great part for the few toads.
