It’s lightweight steel rods with plastic joints.
Sturdy enough for 10 rows of shoes or paperback books.
The shelfing material is about 0.1mm thick plastic with strong tensil strenght
But it’s not going to withstand a puncture.
No sharp objects!
If punctured, being under tension, it will have a devastating rip.
Wish the shelfing material was thicker.
The roll up flap needs to start tight or the velcro won’t be long enough to wrap around it.
An extra shelf pipe shoved through the bottom of the ‘door’ would make rolling up more easy and add weight to drop the flap into place.

A light weight shoe rack or whatever you may want to use it for. Product was missing a white corner joint so i used some electrical tape to join the bars at one of the corners. To the ladies who have more shoes than this rack can handle, you can buy two of them and make a 20 storey shoe rack!!! !

The product arrived quite quickly. The shelves and cover are made of a very delicate fabric. So you need to be careful when assembling it. It’s very easy to assemble, the cabinet is very useful and looks just like the picture on the website. You need to try not to shake it too much and it will last. I highly recommend it. Ordered on 13 mar, received on 17 mar via doorstep delivery. Items came intact and quantity correct. I set up the shoe rack according to the visual instructions. Each level can place 2 pairs of shows instead of 3 pairs as advertised unless your shoes are smaller in sizes. Try placing your shoes over the 2 long supporting poles as the fabric might not hold well, especially for heavier shoes. Don’t place anything on the top level as there is no supporting fabric, only the main cover. One suggestion is to place a thick cardboard on the top level under the main rack cover.
