definitely not as good quality as what you buy at REI, but come on, it’s so cheap, you can’t complain. The core is just white nylon, covered by a thin layer of the colored material. I can’t test the strength, so I don’t know if it can really hold 650lb, but for most light duty purposes, it’s good enough.
