Q: All my cables are connected, but there is no sound output?
A: 1. Check whether the screen lights up. If the screen does not light up, briefly press the
ON/OFF key to start the machine.
2.Check the screen volume value. If the volume value is too low, turn the encoder knob or the
remote control to the right to increase the volume.
3.If the above two points are normal, check whether the playback device of the input sound source
is paused, muted, or the volume is at the minimum.
Q: Why is the sound distorted?
A: The input level may be too large. If the volume of the sound source equipment is adjusted to the maximum, and the volume of the machine is also adjusted to the maximum, it is easy to be distorted. At this time, turn down the volume of the sound source input device or machine.
Q: Why does the volume of the machine remain the same, but the sound level is different when connecting to different audio sources (for example, connect a CD first, then a mobile phone)?
A: The amplitude of electrical signals output by different playback devices is different. For
example, mobile phones are usually 0.35V, while CDs are 1V. The natural sound size is different.
Q: Why does the horn make a loud current sound?
A: If you use a power supply other than the original standard, please replace the power supply before testing. Many power sources on the market have large interference coefficient of the text wave, which will cause a large current sound.
Q: Why does the speaker make a loud buzzing sound when I plug in the input cable and do not connect the playback source?
A: When the unshielded signal line is unloaded, the interference signal will enter the power amplifier for amplification. It is recommended to replace it with shielded signal wire or unplug the signal wire.
Q: Why can’t I find the Bluetooth pairing name?
A: Since power consumption is considered in the design of this machine, Bluetooth does not work when other channels are used. You must switch to Bluetooth input mode to search for pairing.
Q: can I change the tube directly without turning off the power?
A: No, because the machine works under high voltage, the hot plug electronic tube may burn out
and damage the machine.
Q: Why does Bluetooth sound intermittent?
A: When using Bluetooth to test the distance, it is normal that the sound is not stuck or disconnected (without any obstacles) within 10 meters.(Note: The router will interfere with the Bluetooth signal. Don’t get too close!)

A serious audio kit. On the outside it looks great, professional and is made with durable materials. On the inside lays a great care for quality sound. Durability needs to be proven. At the moment it serves a great function on my vintage hifi equipment. What would be fantastic is that it can double function as a media s streamer, in particular now spotify is lossless. I would buy again within this price range.

Okay, great sound but the Bluetooth is not 5.2 but 5.1 and only recognizes our two phones and the TV, only the laptop despite all the manufacturer’s procedures???

— the product is absolutely perfect. The quality is excellent in both appearance and sound. Everything arrived in great condition, and i couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
One small note for linux users: it’s worth manually changing the sampling rate from 48 khz to 44.1 khz, so the signal doesn’t get converted twice. After adjusting this, it sounds truly beautiful.

Just wow, for the money this thing is amazing. Excellent craftsmanship and great accessories and sound. I have an older Grundig 2000r here, and I have to say the sound is different but good. Sometimes I prefer the sound of jazz or lo-fi music via Bluetooth, and other pop and rock tracks via USB – B. The remote control works and everything feels high-quality, with nothing wobbly or looking cheap. A high-quality small amplifier that really brings fun. Hi-fi doesn’t always have to be expensive, and hi-fi starts in the heart, not in the wallet as many think.

The amplifier is a gem. It replaced an old class a/b amplifier and the difference is night and day. I can finally listen to music without any crackles or hums in the speakers. Through the usb connection, it supports up to 192khz for high-resolution audio files. The remote control is responsive and very useful, and it drives my klipsch speakers comfortably with plenty of headroom.

So far, a beast of an amplifier has been connected to a Bose Acoustimass V Series III.
First impression: a lot of power for such a small device. I chose the 32V adapter because I want all the power this machine has to offer. A low power adapter also means fewer watts per speaker, so be careful about that!
The quality is excellent, the durability of the device remains to be seen.

The cute little amp does get a bit warm, but I’m sure the tubes are responsible for that? 😵
Everything in the package includes what you need (except the batteries for the remote control). 👍
The small amplifier can also power large TML floor-standing speakers with great power. 🙃
The sound is very good, and the left display can be turned off (you don’t need to look at it all the time anyway). 🙂
