I do like the metal of these; it’s solid.. not bendable, etc.. it’s a good piece. only critique is there’s small gaps on parts of the handle, just a small detail, but with care (or maybe some filler) it should last long and serve well. I wanted something substantial: to use two and be able to turn a 5# roast or a whole chicken: these are solid enough and nicely sharp points to do the job. I think it’ll do the job very well.
