Q: Why the battery capacity is 10000mAh, but the rated capacity is 5800mAh?

A: Because the input voltage of devices such as mobile phones is 5V. Inside the power bank, the original 3.7V will be boosted to 5V before output.
So the output capacity is 7400mAh ( 3.7V*10000mAh/5V=7400mAh).
There will be energy loss in the step-up and step-down process, and the energy conversion rate: more than 75%.
Finally, the rated capacity is about 5800mAh. (7400mAh*75%=5550mAh).
Notice：
1. Cabled charging and wireless charging will automatically turn on the output charging when accessing equipment or wireless charging. Due to compatibility issues, some mobile phones need to press the key to turn on the power output.

Exceptional product, it has an incredible power of magnetism and can charge my iPhone 15 up to twice. Now to make it perfect, there may be an update to be able to see the battery level on the iPhone screen, but it’s a suggestion, as this doesn’t take anything away product quality as it currently stands. Very good, I recommend it.

2nd time purchasing this powerbank. I love the high speed and the ability to charge without a wire or with a cord for even faster charging if I have one with me. I will continue to buy from Baseus. They have a select amount of items with the faster choice shipping but this is not one of them. I don’t mind waiting a little longer for my items anyways but the seller did a great job.
