This mixture is excellent. I tested for knead dough and light mixture for cookies using whisk. All went well. The best part is that there is very little noise, easy to time setting, and speed setting based on your use case. I love this comes with cover but i wish it comes with steel cover or silicon cover instead of plastic. I should have ordered red color instead of silver. Overall, it is a perfect mixture that comes with all the functions you wish to have. It is reasonably silent while mixing dough up to speed level 3.
