I have 175 cm height and 184kg, I wear size M, I bought size M, it was great and comfortable, I had the slight impression that one size above (G) could be also comfortable, as far as the length of the sleeve is concerned, in my size M is great because it picks up at the end of the wrist, But maybe G would look very good also taking on top of the hand, or half of the hand. I will buy another one, but G. I love the detachment of the sleeves and hood with zipper, if you want to use only as a vest. I thought it was sensational. Buy it’s worth too much
