super awesome. this was exactly as I was hoping it was. from ryno rescue they selling this same pouch basically for 100$ which both are the exact same thing. if any1 us looking for a war belt or a backup backpack med kit in handy this is it. got plenty of space easy to open and close its got middle and side to side storage that are separate. if you looking at this and dont know if you should get it just do it. you won’t be disappointed like I’m not. waiting for my shurs and gaze and chest seals and blood clotting and all that good stuff. so far only got a pen light and 3 light sticks on the door inside 1 green 1 red 1 white and there 12h lighting
