Not terribly difficult to assemble and comes with everything you need. Bed frame is well built, but you may want to invest in rectangular non slip pads for the legs if placing on non carpeted flooring. Also, this bedframe does not have mattress stops to keep mattress securely in place, so if there’s a lot of- let’s just call it “physical activity,” the mattress will likely slide off the frame, which unfortunately isn’t an issue for me right now, but something you may want to consider.
