chair was a little hard to assemble due to the tolerance of the bolts. lucky I had an LTT ratcheting screw driver because some bolts were a tight fit that required more force than the provided tool. putting on the back rest was also a little difficult but I love the chair. for this price you can’t beat it. if it is on sale it is a good pick up. the goal is firm and comfortable. I have not put in a lot of hours on it yet but so far I like it. it feels and looks very premium

the chair is so comfortable! I would recommend this item. the wheels rolls really smooth. I read reviews about some screws not fitting right and need of other tools, but I didn’t need any other tools than the included one, the back of the sea won’t fit if you don’t follow the instructions, I had a hard time due not following instructions “screws goes to 50% thread, the last step is to tighten them up to 100%. as long you follow the instructions, no problems at all

It’s not a perfect chair but the price was so good I can’t complain. It’s comfortable. It reclines. The arms don’t feel very strong but we’ll see. I’m glad I bought it.

you can assemble it by yourself, but while assembling the back support to the seat it gets tricky if you are doing it alone and i couldn’t get it to fit perfectly but it works i guess
