In my opinion, this dress is well made and lovely. However, it seems to be a little bit large on me at the waste (41″). It also just hits the floor with no shoes on. I’m 5’6″ and weigh 170 pounds. I ordered 2XL. May reorder 1XL. Be aware there is a LONG zipper on the back. I Slipped this over my neck to try it on when I first got it.

I tried on so many dresses….anything I liked in store, I did not like on me. I gave online shopping a shot, and I am so happy I did! I ordered this dress 3 sizes smaller before. I loved the first dress, but due to my large chest I reordered twice and still had to alter- too much cleavage and it was too large in the shoulders. To me it was important to sit down and be comfortable not feeling that my boobs are in the forefront. If you are large chested, gained some weight and not so happy with it try the dress…it is super flattering and very affordable. I like the quality of it and got a steamer and steamed it the night prior myself. Worked out beautifully. I got so many compliments from random people, telling me how beautiful the dress is. This dress tends to run a little bit large. We initially ordered this dress based on the size chart on the listing, but it was too large for my daughter, so we had to buy a size down. The dress is beautiful and made with good quality materials and fabric. It is also very well made and sturdy. It does run long in the shoulders / neck. We had to hem it up several inches on my daughter to get the correct fit, even though she is quite large in the chest area. We originally tried hemming tape and folding it under at the top of the strap seams, but the material was too thick for it to hold. I ended up stitching it and that held. She wore it to prom and felt confident and beautiful! However, without hemming up the shoulders, it did not fit great along her belly or back and had a lot of unflattering bunching in the front and back. Once the shoulders were hemmed, it fit perfectly. So, when ordering, keep in mind how tall you are through the torso and be mindful this dress may need to be brought
