    Came as described, not as easy to get into hair as they make it seem and no directions. There is a hook under the heart that I didnt see in the pictures, i assume thats for hooking on a hairbow or pony tail holder which makes me wonder if its necessary to use one with this.. I actually purchased these planning to use instead of a ponytail holder since my hair always seems to get ripped out using those. Oh well for the price I cant complain and with 3 females in the house im sure we will use these regardless
