At different times I have purchased 5 of them. 3 devices are not compatible with Alexa contrary to what is indicated in the description and on the packaging. Boxes and contents identical for all 5 devices. Identical firmware (updated), but only 2 devices are fully compatible with ALEXA (including voice commands of course). They all work perfectly with the Moes and Smart Life APPs. After contacting the seller, I am waiting for updates. Delivery on time with excellent packaging
