I’ve purchased four of these manual focus webcams, but they are not without problems. Of the four, only one was able to focus out of the box. The ring around the lens would spin and not adjust focus. I destroyed one learning where the problem was, a frozen lens. I used super glue to connect the lens to the dial and then patiently worked it back and forth until the lens began to turn and focus. My first order had a 1/4″ screw connection, the next three did not. I used two stage epoxy to modify the camera to connect to a 1/4″ mount. If you need a webcam that can focus on close-ups you’ll order this one and get yourself some epoxy and super glue.

What a sensational camera, I bought the 1080 version and the quality is excellent, do not make the same mistake as me, because it does not come lighting, of course it leaves quite obvious, but my mistake was not to guarantee lighting too, the packaging came well doused but everything right, nothing damaged.
