I ordered xl because my 20 lb little chihuahua terrier needs it for the rainy season being so short to the grass, it didn’t fit around his butt or stomach, not stretchy at all. I was able to button the very top button, still keeping it for the price! it was supposed to come the 11th but I got it today on the 6th. I ordered it on 8/30 I believe.
