This smart lock ticked all the boxes in terms of tye features and functionality that we needed. This lock supports Key Cards Pin Fingerprint Physical Key App unlock Remote unlock (with the use of a G2 gateway purchased separately) Pin/Keycard/Fingerprint unlock can be set differently. They can be one time, custom timed or permanent. Making it the perfect lock for a holiday let. The only problem I have had with this lock is guests not managing to find the keypad immediately, as even after touching the screen it does not always illuminate immediately. It would be a lot better if the numbers had some sort of sticker on them so that they can be seen all the time. Apart from that I would have preferred that the mirrored panel on the lock would have been just behind the pin panel and not the whole lock front. Overall this lock has great functionality and the handle design looks nice. The seller was very helpful and communicated well with me explaining everything before I purchased

I tested it before installation and it works fine. But the manual is a little difficult. In particular, I can’t find where to set the language. And whether all administrator mode is possible only through the app… I just don’t know how to do it with the door lock itself. I need a little door correction to install it, so I’ll install it all and leave it again. It’s a very good choice.
