The toothbrush came complete (8 attachments, charging cable, manual). There are 5 cleaning modes: whitening, standard cleaning, for sensitive teeth, polishing, and massage. Switch modes by quickly pressing the button once. By holding the button for a while, the charge level is displayed. The nozzles are very easy to attach/detach. The brush works very well.
