A: This is a ZigBee device, it can't connect WIFI signal directly, but require a Tuya ZigBee gateway as hub to work, please make sure you have a Tuya ZigBee gateway to work with this item.

A: No. It's Tuya ZigBee device, not ZigBee 3.0. so it can only work Tuya ZigBee Gateway.
Q: Is this device compatible with Zigbee2MQTT?

Although in principle it is prepared for a general cable with consumption and another cable with generation, it can be used in two separate circuits with consumption.

Super awesome power meter! Good up to 80amps, i bought like 8 to do my whole breaker box and it was still under 100$. Definitely worth the money. They works perfectly with home assistant and zigbee2mqtt. Hold button on the zigbee device and wait until it flashes fast and thats it for pairing. Watch in home assistant if its consuming or producing and just flip the clamp to change it. Seller is also quick to respond to any questions.

I’m very satisfied with this tuya smart life zigbee energy monitor.
It works perfectly and integrates well with my home assistant setup.
I did need to create a custom quirk to get it fully compatible, but once the script was configured, everything ran smoothly.
The readings are accurate, and the connection has been stable so far.
Overall, a great product for anyone looking to monitor energy usage and integrate it into a smart home system.

Everything works perfectly.
Device immediately recognized in Home Assistant, under zigbee2mqtt.
Remember to check the direction of the clamps, otherwise the returned value is negative.
The only downside is that the device sends a lot of messages on the Zigbee network. Too many messages!
