Item received in good condition. Upon opening the plastic bag, the compressed wedge pillow grows to its stated size. It is big enough for me and seems to help with my reflux cough at the moment.. Quality seems pretty good, it is comfortable and retains the shape well. Will try it later to use to raise my feet when lying down to help with my edema feet problem. Hopefully it is durable and can last well.
