It does a decent job. I should have read the manual in full before using it for the first time. For the very first use the mops should be wet and the window too. It’s cheap and that explains why it is so much noisy. I ended up having a migraine using it for almost an hour. I stopped before i finished all the windows in the living room. I will continue later. It’s a good little machine for beginners.

I have tried to complain about the shipping on several occasions but have not received any help. I have not received notification that the order has arrived. I have not been informed of its arrival or where it was picked up or anything.
I have tried to get the seller to inform me about something after insisting, he sent me a phone number where no one knew anything and they encourage me to call a high-cost number.
In case you doubt me, I have proof of everything I say.

The robot works fine, but there is one caveat. I don’t know if everyone is like this. If you first plug the power supply into the connector and then into the outlet, the robot won’t start; if it’s the other way around, it starts. Is it like this for everyone?
