Q1: How fast you can do the shipment?
A: Within 1-3 working days after your payment confirm (ship from China warehouse).
B: Within 1-3 working days, you will get it within 7 working days (ship from oversea warehouse).
Q2: Can I receive my package fast?
A: Yes, you can. Kindly confirm your contact number/ post code/city all are correct fulfilled.
*About Warranty
Q: How about the warranty?
A: 12months warranty. During the warranty we will provide repair service freely, you will be required to pay the ship cost back to us. The warranty does not cover any incidental, accidental or consequential damages arising from the use of.
*About Custom Tax
Q: Who will be responsible for import taxes? Seller or buyer?
A: The product price and shipping cost are not included any import taxes. The buyer should be responsible for all additional customs taxes. If you need clearing customs invoice, please contact with us.
