It’s a fabric that’s made of Oxford cloth with a rubber coating on the inside, making it completely waterproof.

So it’s a bit stiff, but it should improve with use.
The belt buckle is also sturdy and locks well.

The strap used for making it is very soft, which means you need to be careful when putting it on because it’s too easy to change the length setting. However, apart from that, it’s an optimal “fanny pack” for storing a smartphone, wallet, and documents. More items? It gets tight and stops being functional.
